For one of its logistics facilities, our team implemented a large-scale project – a comprehensive loading platforms solution designed for the simultaneous loading and unloading of light commercial vehicles.

The client’s main objective was to organize the loading and unloading of goods into vans using manual pallet jacks. To achieve this, it was necessary to compensate for the height difference between the dock leveler and the van bed. The dock leveler was 1,200 mm high, while the van bed was approximately 500 mm high. To compensate for this difference, a system of loading platforms was developed to provide convenient and safe access to the vehicles.
In addition, due to the large number of delivery locations, the client needed to coordinate the simultaneous operation of 10 vehicles. That is why a complex of platforms with 10 loading and unloading points was implemented, which significantly speeds up the handling of vehicles without expanding the warehouse space.
We manufactured two loading platforms PLT-SPCL6. To ensure safe access for personnel, they were equipped with additional safety railings 1,100 mm high and stairs.
To facilitate the comfortable handling of loads with hand pallet trucks, corrugated metal decking made of lenticular sheet metal is used instead of the standard grating. A tent cover is installed over the entire loading area of the platforms, including the side sections. The side sections of the platforms are additionally equipped with rubber bumpers.

The project includes a fixed loading ramp -ST for forklift access. The loading ramp is additionally equipped with two sets of wheeled jacks. This design allows for compensation of the platform’s slope and precise adjustment of the height of each support, ensuring stable operation of the system.
As a result, the client received a flexible and functional solution that significantly speeds up loading and unloading processes, reduces vehicle downtime, and improves warehouse logistics efficiency during periods of high volume.
