Every loading ramp is an individual project, which made by our specialists. We are not afraid of non-standard customers’ requirements, especially using new technologies in manufacturing. A distributor of well-known agricultural machinery brands made an order for two mobile yard ramps AUSBAU. The company sells and manufactures agricultural tractors and machines, as well as full line of tractors and combines. The mobile loading ramp had to be operated by bulky and heavy equipment, so it was necessary to create a unique project with appropriate dimensions.
The loading ramp AUSBAU-MR-SPCL12 has non-standard dimensions. The required height of 900-1650 mm and width of 2800 mm were designed and the total length of the loading ramp is 11200 mm. A 4-wheel option (4WL) has been added instead of the two wheels for better stability on rough surfaces (earth, sand). Removable boards were installed for easy entry of bulky equipment. The customer also changed the standard color of the ramp to green. The second additional option was a zinc coated grating, which protects the structure against corrosion and allows it to be used in all climates.
We always make sure whether customers are satisfied with our products. The mobile ramp is successfully used for more than 1,5 months at the full capacity. It is very pleased that our company always fulfills the customers’ requirements and they leave a positive feedback.
