The AUSBAU project portfolio has recently been expanded with another unusual order. This is a structure with 10-tonne capacity consisting of nine loading platforms, two fixed loading ramps and four electro-hydraulic leveling platforms (dock levelers).
The project was prepared for the Dutch branch of an international company. The design increases the unloading area and makes it possible to load/unload four trucks at once using the 4DL option – dock levelers built into the platform modules. Two loading ramps are attached to the platform as forklift access points.
In addition to the hydraulic dock levelers and individual sizes, the project has several additional options. The 1100 mm high railing provides additional protection for pedestrians. The rubber bumpers on the platform are designed to safely accommodate trucks approaching the platform for unloading and loading goods. The galvanised anti-slip grating will protect the surface, as the warehouse is located on the coast by the sea.
Also, the loading platform has steps for easy access for pedestrians and high safety sides – 300 mm instead of 180 mm.
