O PRINCÍPIO DE FUNCIONAMENTO DE RAMPAS MÓVEIS

A carregadeira pega a borda da rampa de carregamento móvel (há um lugar especial para o aperto do acoplamento rígido) e a traz para o caminhão. Com a ajuda manual hidráulico de uma pessoa, pressionando a alça da bomba hidráulica, define a altura da rampa móvel para o nível necessário (de 900 mm a 1650 mm).

Depois de ter posicionada a rampa móvel de carga se fixa de forma segura por meio de duas correntes ao veículo pesado, enquanto as rodas da rampas de carga amovíveis se imobilizam por mecanismo de travamento (as correntes e mecanismo de travamento estão incluídos na configuração completa de entrega). The design of a mobile ramp can be divided into several main parts: the metal construction, the hydraulic part and the wheeled part.

1. Metal construction. In the construction of the mobile loading ramp AUSBAU, we use only the highest quality rolled metal. For example, 70% of the weight of the ramp falls on profile pipes of various sizes and sections. 5. Range of heights. It is necessary to determine the height range of the vehicle, which is suitable for unloading/loading processes to the mobile ramp, as it must cover it. If you often use low trucks, then it is advisable to order a mobile ramp with a lowered minimum height.
