This time, our loading ramp went to a small Swedish island that has been known for centuries for its skilled fishermen and fish delicacies. The customer’s company, which was founded on the basis of many years of local experience and is now a well-known herring processor. The fixed ramp with a horizontal platform, which was manufactured for the client, has a load capacity of 8 tons, as well as a new additional option – a hydraulic folding bridge instead of connecting lip.
The ramp is designed for loading/unloading cargo from a semi-trailer, container, etc. With the help of the bridge, the customer can unload semi-trailers below or above the horizontal height of the yard ramp. The loading ramp is raised/lowered by a manual hydraulic pump and one hydraulic cylinder. The length of the bridge is designed in such a way that the angle of inclination/lift is optimal for the movement of the forklift during operation.
