Two stationary ramps AUSBAU-ST6 for a German company

Satisfied with the quality and convenience of usage of our ramps, customers order AUSBAU loading equipment over and over again. We have delivered two more stationary ramps to a customer in Germany.

Customers’ repeat orders are the highest quality rating of our products. For many years we have been cooperating with many companies that value the quality and durability of AUSBAU equipment.
We recently produced two ramps for a German customer who had previously purchased AUSBAU loading docks. The company needed two stationary ramps with a carrying capacity of 6 tons and a length of 12 and 14 meters each for loading and unloading works in warehouses.

On both ramps the roadway is made of galvanized anti-slip grating. Teeth on it increase anti-slip properties due to better traction of the forklift wheels with the ramp. The galvanized coating provides protection against corrosion. Thanks to this, the ramp can be safely used at any time of the year, even at low temperatures and rainfall. Also, for the safe movement of employees, the ramps are equipped with an additional 1000 mm railing. In case of need they can be easily installed or removed.
Fixed loading ramp has a simple structure and is very easy to use. The ramp is installed directly at the warehouse. At the request of the client it is easily fixed using bolts or chains that are supplied with the ramp. After that, it is ready for use and does not require concreting or other fixing. The load is distributed evenly along the ramp over several anchor points.
The quality and reliability of AUSBAU ramps are confirmed by long-term cooperation with many of our customers. We take a responsible approach to the production of each ramp and value the trust of our partners.
