Delivery of non-standard loading dock according to individual characteristics to Latvia. The mobile ramp per customer order has been designed for use in small areas.
The AV-exim company produces loading equipment of any complexity to meet all customer needs. In addition to the mobile ramps presented in the AUSBAU line, we also supply ramps on request. At the client’s wish, it is possible to change the load of the ramp, the dimensions of the carriageway and other technical characteristics.
An example of such a non-standard order is a ramp for a company in Latvia. The standard models of the AUSBAU line were not suitable for work in a small area with low thresholds in warehouses. Therefore, our designers were faced with the task of creating a very small ramp according to individual parameters and providing a load of 6 tons at the same time.
As a result, the dock ramp was made with the following characteristics: the length of the carriageway – 3500 mm, the width – 1700 mm. In order to be able to carry out loading and unloading operations at such an enterprise, the height range was also changed so that the ramp was able to raise from 500 mm to 950 mm using a hydraulic pump.
