The “AV Exim” company offers loading ramps AUSBAU not only in standard sizes with load capacity from 6 to12 tones but also produces equipment to individual customer parameters.
Recently we have delivered to Germany another fixed ramp with a capacity of 40 tons, produced according to unusual customer request.
Thus, a German company which produces goods for the Europe’s transport infrastructure recently ordered from us the fixed ramp, with bigger width but with a smaller horizontal platform. Due to the general capacity of loading dock in 4 meters it was decided to make a ramp that included 2 parts. Also, for the ability to move was added the wheel group.
Furthermore, the customer has chosen such additional optional parameters as anti-slip surface (provides special hitch of the forklift wheels with the surface) and railing height of 1 meter (used for the safety movement of company employees). Also, the standard ramp red color was changed to blue.
Now the AUSBAU-SPCL40 ramp is used for transportation of road equipment and other large-size items. We produce loading ramps of any parameters and levels of complexity, and their quality is a special priority of “AV-exim” company.
