Our company had the opportunity to make AUSBAU-PRO10 mobile loading ramp for a client from Venezuela. We had to find a special approach to the ramp design, taking into account climatic features of the South American region.
AUSBAU-PRO10 mobile loading ramp for Venezuela had to work in conditions of high humidity and temperature. For example, AUSBAU mobile loading ramps operating in the climatic zones of the European continent should stay reliable in the autumn-winter period, in conditions of icing and low temperatures.
When developing a mobile loading ramp for Venezuela, we used a completely different approach. We changed the usual lattice for galvanized flooring, since corrosion develops much faster in a sub-equatorial climate. Also we used solid rubber wheels for the South American ramp.
In this mobile loading ramp, we used different oil, which is more suitable for sub-equatorial climate of Venezuela.
