Not long ago, we made calculations for some company from Western Ukraine. They wanted a unique metal mobile ramp to speed up the cargo vehicles’ loading and unloading processes.
The customer had a number of special requirements and our engineers and designers took into account all of them. Thus, one of the requirements was to provide enough space on the top platform of the AUSBAU metal mobile ramp for the forklift truck to rotate 180 degrees.
The developed ramp model is placed parallel to the railcars thus allowing to unload them. Of course, such mobile ramp is also suitable for trucks’ loading/unloading. And such standard solutions for AUSBAU metal mobile ramps as transporting wheels and the height adjustment with the help of hydraulics were considered as a matter of course.
Moreover, the customer wanted the ramp for unloading trucks not to be dimensional equipment and to transport it in a standard vehicle trailer.
So, there was a need to combine the required compact size of the mobile ramp with the large dimensions of the transported cargo. The possibility to drive up the mobile ramp at an angle of 180 degrees was mandatory.
Our experts successfully coped with the task and offered the client exactly the model of the ramp, which solved all the problems.
