Three-side unloading mobile ramp with additional options was delivered to Germany.

AUSBAU is a company, that isn’t afraid of non-standard client’s requirements for loading ramps. We always focus on customers and consider their needs. Our new customer is a German company that produces films for the automatic packaging of food and non-food products. The amount of work in the warehouse is very high, so in order to optimize logistics processes they decided to order a mobile ramp in full configuration.

Mobile ramp AUSBAU - 1The main feature of a loading ramp is the side entry bridges, which allows to carry out loading/unloading of several trucks and to use several forklifts at the same time. It significantly helps to reduce the time of loading and unloading processes, thereby minimizing costs for the company.
A mobile loading ramp AUSBAU was supplemented with supporting legs in order to avoid accidents (e.g. truck rollback). We installed additional railing for the safe movement of pedestrians on the mobile dock ramp.

Mobile ramp AUSBAU - 2To simplify height changes of the ramp for the truck or the warehouse, we installed an electro-hydraulic station instead of manual hydraulics. Electro-hydraulic station speeds up the unloading and loading processes in the warehouse.
The customer wanted a mobile unloading ramp to be able to operate in all weather conditions, so he ordered a zinc-coated anti-slippery grating instead of the regular and a tent over the roadway of the ramp.
Once again, we fulfilled all customer requirements. If you can’t find a unique solution for your loading ramp, please contact us, our specialists will help you.
