A customer from Czech Republic is a company that offers a full range of services in the field of automation. From planning and design to programming and robotic devices. A mobile loading ramp, which is now successfully operated by customer, is equipped with some additional options. For efficient operation especially in winter, the yard ramp is equipped with a galvanized grating. This type of grating is used to avoid corrosion because the loading ramp constantly stands outdoors. The bearing strips of the grating are made in such a way that they have a modular grooved coating, which contributes to the anti-slip property of the mobile ramp. Also, the entire structure was painted in blue color at the customer’s request.
The customer requested to add supporting legs to the product – this is an insurance of your equipment in case of negligence of employees during loading and unloading processes. They can protect the mobile loading dock ramp from damages in case of accidental rolling of the truck, as well as all vehicles that were on the roadway at the time of the fall.
The company’s warehouse needed to optimize the unloading and loading processes of their products. Our task was completed. We developed and implemented a customized project that provided the customer with an efficient and reliable solution.
