Longest AUSBAU ramp for the Coca-Cola company

We have produced two mobile ramps with a lifting capacity of 8 and 10 tons as per customer order for the Coca-Cola company.

In addition to standard hydraulic ramps, AV-exim offers the manufacture of AUSBAU mobile ramps according to individual characteristics, focusing on the needs of the client.

The Coca-Cola Company required a special 8-tonne ramp to unload a container ship. Taking notes of all requirements, our design and engineering team projected the longest AUSBAU ramp ever produced.

The total sum of its length is 17300 mm. The single construction allows the forklift to move freely between the ground and the truck. At the request of the client, the roadway of the ramp is made of anti-slip grating. Thus the ramp can be safely used at any time of the year.

Also, there was produced other ramp for the client with a higher carrying capacity of 10 tons and increased parameters: the length of the roadway is 12 m, the length of horizontal platform is 2.5 m and the width is 2.2 m.

Both ramps are equipped with folding adjustable supporting legs that provide rigidity of construction and additional insurance during loading or unloading.

The Coca-Cola Company also leased three mobile ramps to optimize its logistics processes. It is convenient for one-time, temporary or seasonal work when you need to unload or load goods, but you do not need to have a mobile ramp on a permanent basis. At the moment we offer a rental service only to customers from Ukraine.
