Ramp as per customer order with increased load to Italy

We manufacture loading equipment of any complexity. For example, we recently delivered a custom ramp with a load of 25 tons to Italy.

Often, depending on the amount and weight of the transported goods, the size and height of the warehouse, as well as other conditions, the client wants to purchase a ramp with an increased load or changed parameters. Our design and engineering team takes into account all customer requirements. Manufactured mobile ramps serve to optimize logistics processes, save time and costs for loading and unloading operations.

AUSBAU-SPCL25-2SL

We have recently produced a mobile ramp for a company in Italy. It is engaged in the rental and sale of loading equipment. The client needed to make a ramp with a load of 25 tons. In addition, the width of the carriageway was increased to accommodate different sizes of forklifts: 2200 mm instead of the standard 2000.

Adjustable supporting legs have been chosen as an additional option. They provide structural rigidity and allow the loader to drive onto a horizontal platform even when the ramp is not chained to the truck. In addition, the supporting legs are used for additional protection of the ramp from falling in case the truck drives off.

Mobile ramps AUSBAU as per customer order are an excellent solution if you have special requests or wishes for loading equipment. You can contact our managers, and they will be glad to advise you on possible solutions to your logistics problems.
