Em abril, nossa empresa entregou duas rampas de carregamento móveis AUSBAU para a República Tcheca.
The customer to whom we shipped our loading equipment was a Czech company manufacturing technical details from polypropylene (EPP) and GMT high-strength composite materials (polypropylene + fiberglass).
The company has 3 production facilities, and for loading and unloading it required two ramps with anti-slip properties.
Taking into account the declared parameters, we proposed one standard model and another ramp was made as per customer order.
In the case of the standard model, the customer approached the AUSBAU PRO8 mobile loading ramp, with a loading capacity of 8 tons, with adjustable supporting legs.
The second ramp was the SPCL series, which provided non-standard parameters, namely, a modified length of the horizontal part. At the same time, it also had supporting legs as additional options.
Both ramps had a zinc coated serrated grating instead of regular, which provides better traction of the forklift wheels with the surface of the ramps. This not only allows the use of a ramp in any weather conditions, without worrying about the manifestation of rust, but also significantly increases its lifetime.
