Depending on the tasks, we offer standard models of mobile and stationary ramps, and we also manufacture ramps according to the customer\u2019s order. AUSBAU has developed additional options for mobile and stationary ramps that can make loading even faster and more efficient.<\/p>\n

Therefore, it is not surprising that our customers regularly order ramps with additional options.<\/p>\n

This time, for our client in Germany, we installed an electric hydraulic station on a\u00a0mobile ramp\u00a0AUSBAU-PRO8-EHP + MHP-CLRE. The presence of an electric hydraulic station on the ramp makes it faster and more convenient to use. So, to rise to the maximum position of the ramp, it takes only 30-50 seconds.<\/p>\n

Usually, the installation of an electric hydraulic station provides for the absence of a manual hydraulic pump that allows manual lifting of the ramp. However, the client decided to leave the possibility of adjusting the ramp height manually. The presence of both manual and electric hydraulics on the loading ramp allows the ramp to be lifted in any convenient way. If there is no access to electricity, the ramp height can be adjusted using a manual hydraulic pump.
