works:
Loader lift one end of the ramp (there is special place for forklift's palm) and move ramp to truck or railcar. Using manual hydraulic, pushing lever of pump, worker set ramp on required height (minimum 1000 mm, maximum 1800 mm) that is height of the cargo transport body from ground. After installing, ramp is fixing firmly by special chains with hooks and wheels are fixing by stoppage breakes(chains and breakes supplied in set with ramp). After that forklift can move on the ramp for making loading or unloading. Therefore all actions can be done by just one person - loader driver. So you save its time(loading/unloading become faster) and save other human recources, because all operations are done by one person. AUSBAU, we use high quality manganese steel grade DIN EN17100 USt 37-2 and also armoured plates C245 (GOST 27772-88).

6) We use armour plates C245 (GOST 27772-88) with thickness up to 20 mm as a material for connecting bridge (place of contacting ramp with cargo transport body). |
